The whole folder. Turn off all automatic downloads and updating under system settings Power cycle your PS4, rebuild database. Delete your FO4 install. Power cycle, rebuild db. Install FO4 (Not the DLC yet!) and update. Power cycle and rebuild db. DO NOT START FO4!! Now hover over FO4 on your taskbar in PS4. Boards. Fallout 4. Mods keep causing the game to crash.
